The former WWE star shows his soft side with a heartwarming ring delivery to Molly Qerim.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson appeared on ESPN’s First Take, covering a range of topics such as the possibility of a WrestleMania match, his experience as a father to daughters, and sharing his predictions for the upcoming AFC and NFC Championship Games.

Molly Qerim, the host, admired Johnson’s unique vintage pinky ring, which he revealed was a David Yurman Empire Signet sterling silver ring featuring black diamonds, steering the conversation towards fashion and style.

Johnson verified the ring’s vintage origins and shared its personal significance, revealing that Qerim’s appreciation held special meaning. In a spontaneous and heartfelt gesture, Johnson offered to give Qerim the treasured ring, creating a memorable moment.

I’ve been very blessed to interview some amazing people over the yrs, but there is a special energy & light to The Rock,” Qerim wrote on Instagram to caption a video sharing the moment.

Tough guy, but you can feel his heart. He’s humble & sees people. No accident he’s so successful. Grateful!

Johnson’s kindness goes beyond material possessions, as he has shown generosity in meaningful ways. He previously surprised up-and-coming MMA fighter Themba Gorimbo with a life-changing gift – a house – at a time when Gorimbo was struggling financially, having only $7.49 in his bank account before a fight in Las Vegas.

“I had only $7.49 left before the fight, but God blessed me with a victory and a brighter future ahead,” Gorimbo expressed on X in March, reflecting on his financial struggles and newfound success.

If it wasn’t for the free @ufc meals I started to receive after I signed the fight i would probably be singing a different story. Grateful.”

The Rock, who could relate to Gorimbo’s financial struggles, having once been left with just $7 himself, empathized with the fighter’s situation. In fact, The Rock’s production company, Seven Bucks Productions, is named in honor of those challenging times, serving as a reminder of his own journey from financial struggles to success.
