The official website for the anime adaptation of Yasuhisa Hara’s Kingdom manga has released the main promotional video and introduced two additional cast members for the upcoming fifth series. Scheduled to premiere on January 6, the series features Kenta Miyake as Ba Tei/Ma Cheng and Yoshihisa Kawahara as Ryuu Tou/Liu Dong. The promotional video is accompanied by the anime’s music composers Kohta Yamamoto and Hiroyuki Sawano, providing background music. Additionally, the video offers a preview of the opening theme, “Shirubebi” (Guiding Fire), performed by DeNeel.

The manga debuted in 2006 in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine and has achieved record-setting success.
