Danny has been transferred to the same prison, North Kern State Prison, where Tory Lanez is currently serving his sentence. Tory Lanez has been incarcerated since September, but his sentence duration is shorter compared to Danny’s.

In September, Danny Masterson received a sentence of 30 years to life in prison following his conviction for two counts of forcible rape. Prior to being transferred to state prison, Masterson was held at the Los Angeles County Men’s Central Jail.

Masterson remained segregated from the general prison population prior to sentencing and was held in the same special housing unit that previously accommodated notable inmates including Suge Knight and O.J. Simpson.”

Danny consented to Bijou having primary custody of their 9-year-old daughter after she sought a divorce subsequent to his conviction.

Indeed, Danny Masterson faced charges and allegations for multiple incidents of rape purported to have taken place between 2001-2003, during his time starring in “That ’70s Show.”

Despite asserting his innocence and claiming that the incidents were consensual, Danny is currently adjusting to his new life in prison.
