Jessey Lee, a star of “Bling Empire,” has secured a significant legal triumph. Despite allegations of abuse from his ex-wife, her plea for a protective order has been rejected.
Crystal Hoang Lee‘s request for a restraining order against Jessey Lee has been rejected, according to fresh legal documents acquired by KEEP2KNOW
KEEP2KNOW reported that Jessey’s ex-wife requested a restraining order earlier this month, making disturbing accusations of abuse against him.
Crystal alleged that Jessey hit one of their children for refusing to sleep and caused her to miscarry, but the judge dismissed all allegations due to insufficient evidence.
Crystal also accused Jessey of physically abusing her, abandoning the family to engage in gambling activities, and disrupting the children’s lives in her request for a restraining order. However, it’s worth noting that a Texas judge had previously granted temporary full custody to Jessey before Crystal filed for the TRO.
After initially rejecting Crystal’s request and scheduling a hearing, the judge has now entirely rejected the request.
Jessey’s lawyer, James Daily, told KEEP2KNOW that it’s disturbing how the media can be influenced by sensational accusations, especially when there’s substantial proof contradicting Crystal Lee’s actions. Crystal was found guilty of 73 counts of contempt and tried to damage Jessey’s reputation and compromise their children’s welfare. Jessey, known for his kind and loving nature, has been a target of malicious defamation, attempting to overshadow his positive image as a dedicated father and respected businessperson.
