Florida has embraced the use of EBT cards for grocery purchases, transitioning from traditional food stamps. These cards are sent in plain white envelopes and are automatically reloaded on a monthly basis without expiration. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, card replacements can be requested and are typically received within 5-7 business days.

EBT Card instructions are provided, indicating usage at locations displaying the QUEST logo or those explicitly accepting EBT. SNAP Benefits purchases are exempt from sales tax. Additionally, cash withdrawals can be made at ATMs displaying the Quest Logo.
