The Princess Diaries’ San Francisco villa, which served as Mia Thermopolis‘ high school, has been sold for $6.5 million after a nearly three-month listing period.

The owners of the luxurious Mediterranean-style mansion in San Francisco, which served as the exterior of Mia Thermopolis’ high school in “The Princess Diaries” starring Anne Hathaway, have accepted an offer on their $6.5 million home, according to real estate records. The sprawling abode was listed for nearly three months before it was sold on Friday.
