Tom is trading in his football cleats for a microphone, inking a whopping $375 million 10-year deal with Fox Sports. Meanwhile, he’s invested in a lavish new bachelor pad on exclusive Indian Creek Island, dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker”, where he’ll rub shoulders with neighbors like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.

Brady’s new residence, situated in the exclusive and gated Indian Creek Village on a man-made island in Florida, is estimated to cost a total of $11.5 million, with construction already underway since early 2022.

As you approach Tom Brady’s lavish residence, a palm tree-lined driveway leads to a spacious motor court, where he can showcase and store several of his prized supercars. Additionally, a separate security house at the entrance overlooks a dedicated area for his impressive collection of high-end vehicles, ensuring they are safe and secure.

After finalizing their divorce last year, Tom Brady chose to remain in Miami to co-parent his children, Benjamin and Vivian, with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. Conveniently, his new residence is located just across the water from Bundchen’s home, making it easier for them to share custody and facilitate co-parenting, following their 13-year marriage.

Brady’s new Miami residence will epitomize luxury living, boasting cutting-edge amenities like a home gym, study, waterfront pool and spa, garden area, and outdoor kitchen. The New York Post reports that Brady will move in come spring, marking the culmination of a two-year construction process, transforming his dream home into a breathtaking reality.
